Syncing trouble

When I press and hold the sync button on the camera, nothing happens. No lights at all. The paper says it comes fully charged, but I have tried charging it and still nothing.

Ok, test the camera WITHOUT the battery... use the adapter and plug it into the camera and try and sync.

Quickly ( don't hold ) the base sync button then a couple secs after push quickly the camera's sync button.

If it syncs with only the adapter, then put in the battery and attempt a sync again and see if you can get the battery reading from settings.

If you have two cameras, also try and swap the batteries
