I have the four camera Pro system with two cameras outside and two cameras inside. The two inside cameras have Tenergy Qualcomm certified quick chargers powering them (no batteries installed). When viewing on my tablet, everything looks great but one inside camera shows the battery condition at 62%, the other inside camera shows an "electrical plug" icon.

Why would one camera without the battery show a charge condition at 62%?

it shouldn't... maybe a glitch.

Unplug the troubled camera and plug it back in an see if it changes to AC

Strange. I unplugged the power supply for a few minutes then replugged it back in. It refused to resync with the base. Rapid blue flashes, then amber flashes.

I put the fully charged battery back in and it immediately synced back up and works as it should. I plugged the power supply back up and the solid blue "fully charged" light does not come on. At this point I'm suspecting the power supply and will watch it for a few days to see if the battery level starts to drop.

You can use any usb adapter that puts out 1.5a to test..it will run off 5v

.the cameras only needs the dual voltage adapter  to run AND charge the battery pack
