Stopped getting alert notifications

Stopped getting alert notifications on from ArloPro cameras on iPhone.  Is this an iPhone issue or camera issue. Any suggestions on how to fix?  Thanks

Are you getting recordings, but no notifications???

My push notifications are not working either. Arlo app and Phone software is all up to date. Thai is a huge issue as we travel frequently!

Yes we are receiving recording but no push notifications. All notification setting are turned on in app and phone settings.

Is this for all of your cameras? Have you tried removing and reinstalling the Arlo app? recreating rules for notifications?

Yes it is for all cameras and that is the issue it won’t give me an option for the rules. There is no Mode function or pencil. 😑

@MSeyler29 The rules can be set in the Routines tab > Modes > Select the mode. Select the desired device > Add an action > Send notification > Save > Back arrow. It appears you have notifications setup, can you try the steps provided to delete, re-create them and test again,

I have done this and tried deleting app and reinstalling. It did not work! 🤷🏻‍♀️

Did you try deleting and recreating the rule? Check the phone settings for the app to ensure notifications are enabled.

Yes I have deleted the app reinstalled logged back in reconnected cameras. I have done it all. My phone settings allow notifications. The app settings notifications are on also.

I asked about the RULES, not the app. Edit your modes and delete the rule, then recreate it.
