Still no sound after resetting all cameras

Very frustrated...sound only heard once after re-syncing the cameras, after releasing the button, and press n hold again...there’s no sound again...All firmwares are updated...no computer access!

Under audio settings, make sure that microphone is set to on.

Remove the battery from the camera and then refit to reset the camera.

Done that again & again...Mic, Speaker, and Speaker Vol are all on, refit battery, resync cameras, still no sound coming out...
