Solutions for automating camera completely off (not disarmed) when home

What are some hacks for automating turning all the cameras off automatically when you get home? Geofencing only disarms them but the live stream is still active. I want them off and not sending anything to the cloud. I thought of a wemo on the hub but worry it will drain batteries as cameras try to reconnect all the time.

I think you're right about the wemo outlet causing the camera batteries to drain.

When disarmed, the cameras are not sending anything to the Arlo servers.

If you have something like Smartthings, you could turn the cameras off (digitally)
