Software apparently has not been working for the last 2-3 days - all cameras are now showing offline.  What is going on here?

Are you getting notifications and recordings? What are the LEDs on the base showing? Have you rebooted the phone and reinstalled the app? Have you tried the web client (my.arlo.com)?
