Siren Volume Control Is Missing In Mode Setting

I used to control siren volume from loud, very loud and extremely loud thru mode setting but not anymore. I cannot find this option anymore. Any idea where to find it?

Edit the mode. Edit the rule for the camera. Where it says "Turn Alarm On" click the > or pencil to the right of it. There are two sliders; one for the duration and one for the loudness
