I recently bought a system off Woot. The ad says it is a (vmb4000) gen 4 pro base with 3 hd cameras (vms3330)

I went to set it up today and downloaded the Arlo app to my A droid phone (Samsung)

While going through the connection steps, power and ethernet then power on. The lights are both coming on but the app is not discovering the device.

The power light stays green and the internet light is green but does blink on occasion.

Any help is appreciated.

Make sure the phone is on your WiFi, not cell service. You might want to try a computer browser, too. As a last resort, hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Let the base reboot and try again.
