Router or base station for Arlo pro

Hi all

Looking at purchasing Arlo pro but I need to know if it’s compatible with the first series of base station, or whether it connects to my router just like the Arlo Q did.

The Pro model has to have a base station, but it will work with both the original and Pro base stations.
