"Record until activity stops">>>>>Currently if someone is cutting the lawn and moves then stops and then moves again there is two events. During the entire process there can be 20 events recordered.
"Record a fixed time">>>>>>>>>>Yes, the time can be set but then i can have 20*30 second events.
Is there a "retrigger" setting where I can set a time period when the second event will not be recorded for a particualr time.

No, there isn't currently a feature that would suspend recording for a period of time after a trigger event occurs. This is a good idea, I encourage you to post your idea in the Arlo Idea Exchange where other users can support it by adding Kudos.
