Where do I find camera footage from Feb 2022 on my system and how do I retrieve an exact day.

Arlo doesn't retain video footage in Cloud Storage that long.  Retention is at most 60 days (Europe), with 30 days in the rest of the world.

 

If you have a base station with local storage, then you could check the USB drive (or microSD card) and see if the recording you want is still there.
