Why it it so difficult to get a live representative at Arlo to speak with to discuss your account?
It appears that all Arlo wants to do is sell you a product and after that too bad if you want to discuss anything with them.

You can reach a representative by navigating within the app on your mobile device click on the silhouette on the top left ~ support center ~ the device that you are needing assistance with then choose the issue. If this has to do with a subscription please provide more details so I can point you in the correct direction.
