I have arlo pro and the doorbel camera and starting yesterday I cannot watch recordings in the app. I can download and watch and love video works. App shows as up to date

Have you tried to remove & re-install the Arlo mobile app? What version of the Arlo app & Phone/OS are you running?

iOS and app show as current. Reinstalling did not fix it.

Is this all recordings or for a specific camera(s)? Do the recordings play over the web browser?

Only the app has issues. All cameras. I could watch recorded video on MacBook.

A few more questions for you, Does this occur on WIFI & Mobile Data? is there a specific error message? Is it possible to provide a screenshot of what you see when it fails?

When the first video is viewed it does nothing. Once I move to an older video it does spin and then this error occurs. Happens on WiFi and mobile data.

Restarted my phone and now it seems to be working.
