Recorded file has no audio for first 2 seconds

I just got my Arlo Pro kit setup yesterday.

While everything seems to be working fine any recorded video file does not have audio for about the first 2 seconds in the recording.

You can see the UPS truck drive away and there is no audio at the beginning. At about the 2 second mark, then the audio kicks in.

Btw, any word on the solar panel charger for the Arlo Pro yet?

spounds like the audio and video aren't synced.... Have you tried it by downloading it and playing on 3rd party video player like VLC

If you have, put in a trouble ticket to Netgear... answer tho may be as simple as removing the camera ( REMOVE DEVICE ) and then bringing it back as if new.

I have escalated this topic and engineering has informed me that this is expected behavior.
