Recently had to update and reset cameras. Since then, does not show camera.

Hi, we have recently had to update and reset out cameras. Since then when I log into the app I am connected to the base station but it is not showing me any cameras

Sounds like you're using a login that was granted access rather than the primary account. The primary user needs to go to Settings, Grant Access and add the cameras to your settings. Any time a camera is added as new this has to happen.
