Have rebooted system, checked settings, but still no video or audio is recording on one of four cameras on our system. The others appear to be working fine.  I need some troublshooting ideas to resolve please!  System was purchased and installed only 2 weeks ago.

Thank you for checking back with us.  Turns out a recording rule was causing the device not to record.  Corrected rule and now all is well.  Cheers!

Are you in armed mode? When you're in the Devices menu, are the images of the 'running man' black or grey? You might need to check the rules for the camera that isn't working in the mode you're in

Yes, in armed mode and the running man is in "black"

I recently had an issue with my Q camera (yes, I know it's not the same) where restarting it fixed the issue. Try power cycling the base and maybe open and close the camera battery doors.

Grouperhouse,

Did rebooting the base station/cameras resolve the issue? Please let us know.
