Received notification that motion is detected but no videos in my library

There is a notification that motion is detected in one of my camera but when I go to my arlo application there is no videos in my library. Please help! Thanks!

Hi joremsantiago,

 

Make sure that you don't have any filters set on your library. Also check on the web client on your computer to see if you can view your recordings.
