Rarely getting connection to the 2-way audio for my Arlo Pro

Rarely get a co nection to the 2 way audio. When I did I couldn't hear the people on the other end!

What device are you accessing with?  App/web

 

it seems sometimes it's device specific....

test it on the browser/web to see if phone or system( or opposite)
