These cameras aren’t worth it. There is no way to have them…be cameras and notify you of anything. We’ve had cars pull into the driveway and no notifications because we weren’t on the right schedule according to AI support. 
Having to setup or change status makes no sense. The cameras should be on and notifying at all times unless someone wants to change it or turn them off. 
the app sucks too. It sends you a code, you check the code, and it logs you off to send you another code. 
Our previous Arlo worked like a camera should. It died after 6 years of working in all kinds of weather so we thought we’d stick to what we knew. Mistake on our part.

Can you double check that the cameras are set up under the modes to record video and send notifications. Any camera that you want to see the behavior on will need to be added under the modes.
