Purchased used Arlo Pro who is not available. Need help clearing base and camera off their account.

I purchased an Arlo VMB4000 and 9 Pro cameras from someone who is now not available for at least 8-10 years. I understand that the previous owner has to clear the base and cameras off their account before I can use them. How do I solve this problem if the previous owner is not available to do so?

Your only choice would be to use the Contact Support link at the bottom here to see if they would help. Any purchase paperwork would potentially help.

 

BTW, if you can somehow get that person's login credentials for Arlo, you could remove the devices yourself.
