Stupid question. Would it be stupid to have a professional mount the camera and solar panel? To make sure the angle is correct?
To make sure I get the most out of the cameras?

Depends. A "professional" doesn't necessarily know any more about angling the panel than you do. It's not hard - look at where the sun is, estimate how it will change over the course of the day and set it more or less in the middle. No math or web sites needed.  The sun is going to move over time and from season to season so there's no perfect setting.

 

My house solar panels work well in late spring to early fall. Winter sucks since I can't move them as you can with these panels.

I wouldn't. But if you are for example, you are elderly or disabled and would have a hard time physically hanging a picture on a wall, then by all means call in a pro, or handyman. These things are pretty easy to install if you read the directions.
