Pro won't charge

The battery will not charge in the camera so I removed it and charged in an Arlo external charger until I got a green light. I placed it in the camera. The camera still thinks it's NOT charged. I've put the battery back in the charger and the light is amber and turns green within a few minutes. Can the camera be fixed?

Arlo doesn't repair them.

 

If you want to try doing it yourself (or look for an electronics shop that does repairs), the first visually inspect the camera - looking for issues with the connection between the battery and the camera electronics.  For instance, a missing spring connector, or a damaged ribbon cable.
