Pro/pro 2 live feed issues

I have pro, pro 2 and wired essential indoor at my parents house. The wired essential indoor is connected only by wifi and is working fine - connected, recording, and live feed is viewable.

The Pro and Pro 2 are recording and loading to the cloud fine but the live feed and base are all showing offline in the apps. I’ve updated the app on all our devices and even checked online (web) to make sure it wasn’t just the devices. 

They still record which is great but I’d like the live feed to work. 

Is the base even worth having if it gives this much headache?

Can you please log out and log back in and see if you see the same behavior?

I logged off and logged back in. Still the same situation.. I have multiple approved accounts too and they also experience the same thing. 

I think the base is the issue. So I am thinking that I will work with my family to just remove all the cameras off the base and connect directly to wifi instead. The base is always our biggest problem since getting the arlo years ago.

Can't be done with the Pro, Pro 2, or Pro 3 cameras - none of these can connect directly to wifi.
