Pro camera died. When putting battery in, blue LED flashes one. Tried removing and reinstalling.

My camera died. When you put the battery in, the blue led flashes once. Tried to remove and reinstall, but the camera won’t flash the blue led, and ideas ?

If you're sure the battery is charged, try using just the AC power adapter. If still no good, use the Contact Support link at the bottom here.
