Can I sent a camera back to Arlo to be checked/repaired, I can't seem to get any action at all from it?

I don’t believe arlo does repair work, they will sell you a new camera though. If still under warranty then get an RMA first.

You mentioned your not getting any action, can you explain further, it could be just a dead battery.
