Pro 4 Camera wont charge

Pro4 Camera wont charge - the lighting bolt does not show on the unit on the home screen
have cleaned terminals
have changed power outlets
have checked the white arlo charge cable on another camera and it works okay

have restarted unit

Maybe try swapping batteries (assuming your other camera's battery is compatible).  Then see if the problem moves with the battery, or stays with the camera.
