Pro 2 notification lag

Due to a hardrive failure on my Arlo Pro system my retailer replaced with Arlo Pro 2 system. Model No VMS443OP Since this so called upgrade I have terrible lag on notifications and the night camera vision is poor compared to the Arlo Pro system I had. Contacted their callcentre in Phillipines who are polite but useless and basically say reload the App which I have done numerous times to no avail. Whats Arlo doing for users? Nothing. Has anyone got any suggestions? Had a great reliable system with Arlo Pro but with the replacement Pro 2 system its basically *
