My Arlo Pro cameras always say poor signal and are clear in the red no matter how close I position them to the base station. I have tried to resynch them with zero success. Audio is also delayed 20-30 seconds or more. I am directly cabled from my Arlo base station to the router. I tried inserting a network extender but it only increased the delay and signal remained poor at 8 feet with only a window between the base and one of the cameras, 12 feet and one wall to another.

It could be 2.4GHz interference near the base. Any wireless devices near the base? You can also try moving the base away from the router.

I put it on a 25' lan cord. No wireless devices between the Arlo base and any of the three cameras. Latency is still ridiculous and all 3 cameras report poor signal.

Make sure you're using the WiFi indication on the Devices tab, not in Camera Positioning, which seems to always report poor.
