I have a base station connection and batteries are charged at 100%. No internet or router issues. All of the sudden I am unable to get a camera view when using the web. I see the please wait message for both cameras. Do I need to update adobe flash? I do see a camera view when using my iphone. What is causing the please wait message? Highly annoying, please help.

Glad support got it sorted for you but if it was an issue with Chrome, there are multiple threads here that have the solution.

If the system is working on your phone, then more than likely it is a Flash issue

Yes, this has been solved by calling Netgear support
