I bought an Arlo Pro System w/ Base Station & 2 Cameras last month. Then one of the cameras stopped charging, couldn't charge anymore; so I contacted Arlo, and told them of the issue. They told me that was faulty and that to return for a new one. Then they sent me the RMA confirmation email to fill out. To my surprise when I saw that for the "Free of Charge" option, for receiving my new functioning product, I had to pay for the shipping costs on the faulty camera that I had to return. The fact that they have you pay for the shipping on a faulty product, that came from their company, is very infuriating. They're replacement better be good because if I have to return another faulty product a second time, I will not pay for the shipping costs and I will take this company to court. Please don't make the same mistake I did and buy from Arlo. This company will try to take money from you even though your not the one at fault. THEY ARE!
