Opinion on Arlo Solar

Excellent charging on solar panel.

I started the morning with about 68% charged and by sundown got to 95% after turning the cam off.  Did some heavy maintenance activity in the area the cam was focused on the other day forgetting to shut it off first where the battery depleted to 68% even while charging. I’m happy with the ability of the panel to charge the battery in one day. I don’t even have it mounted facing south but more in a facing west direction near a wall to the side of it so it’s only charging most effectively in the afternoon mostly.

The one negative about the solar panel is it should come with a wind bracket as does the new outdoor AC charger. I don't see why NG left that out. Maybe because its lower voltage but still getting the connection wet has the ability to short something out IMO.
