Only one camera online. When syncing 2nd camera, other goes offline?

I can only get one of my two cameras online. Every time I try to sync the 2nd camera the other one goes offline. They have swapped back and forth several times so it's not a bad camera. Help?

I contacted support. They told me it is an internet provider issue. I had Spectrum out, our speed was only 25% of what it should be. Internet speed is fixed and I am still having the same issue. If the batteries were bad would it cause this issue? The camera plugged in works, until I plug in the 2nd camera to sync then the original camera goes offline.

Maybe try removing the battery from one camera, to take it out of the equation.  

Then plug in one camera, confirm that it is working ok - then unplug it, and see if it loses sync.  

Then similarly test the other camera.
