I have spent hours with customer support doing all the resets, log in log out clear cache etc... and it's never resolved, always told they've never heard of this happening before but there are unresolved threads about it all throughout the message board so this should be a known issue.

No I didn't run out of space of storage, no it doesn't make a difference on mobile or desktop, chrome or safari.. I've gone though all the tests with customer service on their end and this appears to be an issue on Arlo's end. 


Every once in a while after i submit a complaint the issue is suddenly resolved for a short time and then right back to 6 days again.


In 2018-2019 I never experienced this. This just started in 2020 for me, and continues now in 2021. Please fix thank you.
