I've been having issues with my Arlo Pro Cameras and batteries for months and have had zero luck in getting any kind of help or "support". I tried using the Chat Bot, but it is completely useless and is very limited in the support options it offers. Then it ends up going in circles! All I want to do at this point is to speak with a person that can help me with my options on replacing the batteries or the cameras. The Chat Bot mentioned an "EOL Offer Form" link that takes you to the standard online purchasing page. There's no form or anything mentioned on that page. I put it in the search and it yields no results. I've worked in call centers and other customer service rolls, this is the ABSOLUTE WORSE experience I have ever had when it comes to customer support. Has anyone had any success in reaching an Arlo rep? If so, how did you do it? My cameras don't charge the batteries any more and soon I won't be able to use my cameras that were working perfectly fine up until a few months ago. And what's up with the EOL Offer???

I would subscribe to a single camera monthly sub so you can use that to talk to official support. Use the app to go to Settings, Support, select your camera and scroll down to Contacts where you'll find various options, including phone.

It's ridiculous. I've been running in circles on their website to find a phone number!! I cancelled my service last month but yet they charged me again and I cannot get any help on getting a refund or confirming that my service is actually cancelled this time. I moved and got a different doorbell camera and now I'm really glad I did knowing this is how their customer service works. I hope you found help!
