I have three Arlo Pro cameras.  When the system is in the disarmed mode, one of the cameras is sending motion alerts.  Any idea why this is happening?

Nope. Try power cycling the base.

When you say recycle, can I assume you mean turning the power off and then on?  Will this require me to resynch the cameras to the base station?

Yes, use the power switch. No, you won't need to resync the cameras.
