Hello, I have the Arlo Pro 4 three camera setup with base station. All 3 cameras are set up and attached to solar panels. One of the cameras went offline earlier this week, so I had to drive out to my vacation house (2 hours away) to try and troubleshoot. Pulling out the battery for 30 seconds didn't work, nor did resetting the base station; so I had to remove it from the base station and then re-install it- after which it seemed to work fine (and showed that the battery was at 85%, so it wasn't a power problem). Everything was working for about a day and a half, but now the camera is showing offline again. I know that it can't be a wi-fi issue, because the camera shows high connectivity to the base station and it is literally 2 feet away from one of the other Pro 4's (pointed in a different direction) that is working fine and not disconnecting. Any suggestions? The property is 2 hours away so the system is no good to me if I can't rely on it to be up consistently or if I have to constantly make trips over there to troubleshoot it.

Arlo has suggested a larger spread between cameras so the radios don't interfere with each other (6 feet?) but others have had them side-by-side with no known issues. Are there any wireless 2.4GHz devices nearby that could be interfering with the signal? What happens if you swap those 2 cameras around?

I have an identical issue. The one in the back with no solar panel works perfectly. The one at the driveway, connected to a solar panel, will disconnect from the network every couple of days. Run it on battery, no solar panel, it’s perfect. The solar panel is from Arlo and it charges fine. Just disconnects the camera.
My solution, bye bye solar panel. The battery lasts 3-4 months.
