Bought 3 Cameras, 2 work great. The third one is vey blurry/pixelated. Tried swapping a good camera in its spot and it worked fine. The one camera can be right next to home box and still not work correctly. Have tried changing battery and move locations with no success.

You might want to take a close look at the lens on the faulty camera - making sure it's clean, not scratched etc.
Then either exchange the kit with the seller, or contact Arlo support and ask for a replacement camera. https://www.arlo.com/en-us/support/contact.aspx
