One of my Arlo Pro cameras only work when attached to power adapter

Hi, one of my cameras only works while it is attached to the charging unit, when unplugged there is no power on the camera. Would anyone have any fixes please.

Verify that your using the original charge cable and adapter...

Swap the battery to another camera to see if the issue follows the battery ( poss bad battery )
