One camera won't work

One camera wont work.
I pushed the reset button on the base and on top of camera nothing happened

change battery or attempt to sync with original ac adapter and cord

You don't push the base reset button - you push the sync button on the base. Be sure to only briefly press it - don't hold the button for 2 seconds.
