Arlo Pro Base Station does not want to power up

My base lost power after 6 months. Changed her power AC adapter compatible with Arlo, still no power. Model is 4R047AGA392F. Any suggestions

If you are sure the power supply is good ( 12v DC center positive ), then the base may have an issue...
