One camera fell 6 feet to a wood walkway. Other camera took a surge during lightning storm.

I have a cameera that fell six feet to a wood walkway (coons) that is out of focus now and a camera that seems to have taken a surge during a lightning storm and no longer works at all.  who services  the cameras ?

Try customer service is what they'll say... I have never had any luck with that. We had the flat wire at the hinge break on one of ours and we were out of luck. Had replacement insurance on it thru big box store where we purchased it, but they only paid $32.00 and no new camera. Easier to just buy a new one. So that's why we bought 3 extra ones in case they discontinue making them too.
