Notifications sound too short and low

I just got Alro pro yesterday and I don’t like it , because when the motion work send to my iPhone notifications too low and too short I can’t hear it , this morning the motion work 3 times and I didn’t hear it because it’s too weak, and I knew that there no Arlo pro notifications sound option on my iPhone and this too bad , i will return it because it’s too expensive and doesn’t give me what I need , please if you guys can fix this problem send to me

What version of the Arlo Mobile App are you using? Do you have the latest IOS 12.1.3 installed?

I installed right now, and there is nothing different, same option,
