Not seeing the microphone icon on our Arlo app to use 2 way communication?

We just recently purchased these security cameras and part of the reason was the 2 way communication feature. However after setting up the cameras, we do not have the microphone icon on our arlo app to use this.

Hi @Richard08,

 

Are you the account owner or the grant access user? If you're the grant access user, make sure the account owner gives you the "Allow Access Rights" so you can use the microphone. You can read on how to enable here: How do I edit my friend's privileges in my Arlo account?

What phone device are you using? And are you encountering this issue when checking on the web client on your computer?
