Not recording video on 2 of 4 cameras

I have reset unpluged the base and taken batteries out of the 2 of 4 cameras that are not recording to the cloud. What can i do to fix? It's been going on for 2 days now.

Problem solved itself. Didn't do anything I already tried before..

Is this a recording issue or are the cameras not connectiong to the base station. What are the LEDs on the cameras showing?

They are connected and can record video live and view live video but the 2 cameras wont save any video. The infrared light shows for 1 sec when it detects motion.

LEDs show nothing. But have light turned off

Have you checked your Rules from the Mode section of app to see if the rules changed to do nothing when motion is detected?

Are you getting notifications for motion?

The rules changed themselves to not record and i changed it back but thats when it stopped recording. Not sure about notifications

What camera models are you using?

I am not sure if this is part of the problem that others are having or not. Are your cameras integrated with Smartthings?

Are you using any schedules?

After resetting the cameras to record, are they switching back to Do Nothing?
