I used to receive email notifications but they stopped. I have already checked under modes and checked the box under the pencil icon. Any ideas? I feel like it may be a software issue. I still get push notifications but not email.

Check your spam folder. If not there, ask your email provider if they're discarding the emails. Try a different email address.

Thanks for the reply.. I already checked spam and junk folder. I did even use a different email but nothing.. I’m stumped. Any other ideas?

Try rebooting the base. Check your modes and schedule (if you use it). I'm currently having an issue where the schedule doesn't seem to be working even after rebuilding it but manually selecting a mode does work. The app shows the various cameras as not armed (motion indicator gray, not black) but the web shows armed when using the schedule. I don't use email but my front door camera is set to use a push notification which isn't sent.
