Not receiving email identity to verify my email

I have been locked out of my account for several days waiting for Arlo tech to fix an issue where I do not receive the email with the verification code to reconfirm my identity.   Are others having this issue?  Is SMS an option if so, why can;t the tech team set this up?

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

the envelope icon should be here:

The setting should be here:

pmsettings.png

There might be a posting threshold before you see this.

Both issues, can’t see DM and two step verification code not received are resolved.  Not sue what was fixed but thank goodness.
