Not notifying me of motion

My camera is on and the live feed is working but I am not getting notifications of motion. Any help would be great. Thanks!

Are the running men for your cameras in the Devices tab black? If not, your mode isn't set properly. If they are black, try power cycling the base.

The running man keeps going gray. I can't figure out how to keep it black.

Did you define a schedule?  If so, check it for correctness.  If not, choose the Armed mode for testing and see if that helps.  Power cycling the base may help, too.

Also keep in mind that when live streaming, the mode you have set will be temporarily disabled (until the stream is ended).
