Not getting picture or recording on Arlo Pro. Downloaded new app and Base Station shows 3 green LED.

I’m not getting a picture or recording. Downloaded new app, battery charged, all 3 green lights solid, pressed sync. Any suggestions? I need this to work please

Use a computer browser to verify. If needed, reboot the base and reinsert the camera battery to reset the camera.
