After many months of working, the system stopped sending push notifications - Sometime around or after mid-December, 2018.. It's still sending email notifications. 1 Arlo Pro camera, 1 Arlo Pro 2 camera, and 1 floodlight (with bridge).. Units are still picking-up motion - Cameras are recording, and light is turning on, just no push notifications. I reset the base unit - no change. I turned-off push notifications, saved, then turned back on and saved - no change. I've seen reports of this in the past, where the fix had to come from Arlo.. I have not tried removing, then adding, the cameras and light as yet.

It may be the app...have you tried to delete the app and reinstall

I know I allowed Arlo to send messages, but I can't recall if I also have to allow it to "make and manage phone calls". Do I have to allow that permission, also?

Yes. That gives it notification permission. The "make and manage phone calls" is Android blurb. Arlo won't be making or managing phone calls.
