No sound In Videos Or Live View

I have had my arlo camera for about a month or two now and I have never been able to hear any sound coming from my playback or even on my live video? Please help, this is very frustrating!

And it is a Pro camera, right? (The original cameras don't have audio.)

 

In the camera settings, go into the Audio Settings and ensure things are turned on and up.
